Why We Built This Site
Nebraska court information reaches the public through several routes. Greeley County Court and Greeley District Court keep separate records even though the current Judicial Branch directory lists Michelle Soto for both offices. JUSTICE is the statewide trial-court case-information service, while the calendar is a separate setting search. This resource organizes those distinctions so a reader can identify the court that holds a record and use the official channel to verify it.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket information: local routes for criminal docket searches and civil docket searches
- Hearing settings: ways to use court dates and confirm a scheduled event
- Case results: a case lookup by party name or case number
- Records routes: how court record searches lead to clerk-held copies
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource and is not connected with Nebraska courts, the Greeley clerk, or another public agency. It cannot:
- Retrieve an official docket sheet or case file
- Set, change, or confirm a hearing date
- Modify, remove, seal, or amend a court record
- Issue a certified docket, order, or other court copy
- Give legal advice about a particular matter
- Promise that every published contact, fee, or setting remains current
Only the clerk or court that keeps the file can issue an official or certified court copy. Verification and record requests must go to that originating office.
Search Partners
Some pages carry search tools from outside providers. Those providers control their own terms, prices, and result practices. A paid sign-up through one may create referral revenue, but it does not change the need to confirm court information with the clerk or court that maintains the original record.
